Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and VerifyAll Solutions Private Limited (“ErrorLens”, “Company”), incorporated in Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using the ErrorLens platform at errorlens.ai, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The service

ErrorLens provides AI-powered error log analysis tools, including root cause identification, code fix suggestions, and integrations with third-party issue trackers and alert systems. The service is provided “as is” subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit log content containing personal data of third parties without appropriate legal basis or authorisation
  • Attempt to extract harmful information from or abuse the underlying AI model
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform
  • Use the service to develop a competing product or service
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement from ErrorLens
  • Use automated scripts to submit more than your plan's analysis quota
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

4. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all log content you submit. By submitting content, you grant ErrorLens a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating the analysis you requested. ErrorLens retains ownership of the platform, analysis result format, algorithms, and underlying technology. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform or its output beyond your own internal use.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are shown in USD. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; Stripe Tax computes the correct rate at checkout based on your billing address. You authorise ErrorLens to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period. Invoices are available in your dashboard immediately after payment.

Annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 14 days before annual renewal.

ErrorLens reserves the right to change subscription prices on 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. ErrorLens does not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@errorlens.ai within 14 days of the charge.

7. Limitation of liability

ErrorLens provides analysis results as informational guidance only. Results are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all suggested code changes before deploying to production. ErrorLens is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from reliance on analysis results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ErrorLens's aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Availability and changes to the service

ErrorLens aims for 99.9% uptime on Team and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. ErrorLens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days' notice, except in cases of legal necessity or security incidents.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. ErrorLens may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms (including prohibited use). Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except billing records retained as required by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
